1. In your page, click on Edit to open the Rich Content Editor (RCE)

2. To embed a Panopto video in the page, click on the electric plug icon in the RCE and choose Panopto in the dropdown menu. Note: if there isn’t a Panopto option, click View All and browse for the Panopto option in the popup dialog box.

3. The Panopto Selector interface will appear next. To embed an existing Panopto recording, remain (or click) on the Choose tab and select the recording you want to to insert.

4. (Optional) To explore more options, click on Video Embed Options:

Aspect Ratio: the width:height ratio of the embedded video

Height and Width in pixels

Start At: the timestamp that you want the video to start playing at (in HH:mm:ss, hours and minutes are optional)

Autoplay: not recommended

Enable “Watch in Panopto”: add a ↗ button so that the video can be opened in a new tab in a separate Panopto interface (recommended)

Show Title: show the video’s title (recommended)

5. Once you are done, click Insert.

6. The video frame will now be inserted into the RCE

7. To finalize all edits in your page, scroll down to the bottom and click Save. You’re all set!
