ONLINE OUTREACH REQUIREMENTS REMINDER

A portion of outreach will be conducted via social media. The goal of the outreach team is to educate and engage the public with topics relating to your mission. Your online outreach should cover the following at minimum (REQUIRED TOPICS): 

• Team introduction (name, logo, slogan, & members) 
• What is InSPIRESS?
• What is the baseline mission - ATLAS?
• Overview of the destination (planet/moon) 
• The team's science objective
• Description of your payload’s instruments
• Concept 1 vs. Concept 2 - differences, pros, cons, etc. 
• Final Payload Design
• Photos & Descriptions of ACEs and how they relate to the mission (ACE Events will be described later)

In addition to content, you will be evaluated on the effort put into online outreach. This means that the information you are sharing is accurate, that you are using good sources when sharing links, and that you are either creating high production posts (like videos), or posting short form posts regularly (basically, three tweets don’t equal three lessons recorded and posted on YouTube). Your goal should be to show that effort was put into outreach throughout the semester. Remember to write down the username and password so everyone has access to the account(s)
